Gatilov: de Mistura will visit Moscow on March 22

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov, announced on Monday that UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura will visit Moscow on March 22 to hold discussions with Russian officials and meet Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

“We know that the Syrian government is dissatisfied with de Mistura about the non- objectivity of his statements, yet, the round of talks will be held in Geneva,” Gatilov said in a statement.

He added that the Syrian government will send a delegation to Geneva.
